The full breast lift can enhance the size and shape of the breast with three general incisions. There is an anchor ring incision, which is a circular incision around the nipple; an anchor shank incision, which is a vertical incision from the bottom of the nipple-areolar area to the inframammary fold; and an anchor stock incision, which is a horizontal incision along the bottom fold of the breast.
