As I have been saying for decades, breast implants are a lot like car tires. They’re a lot like the batteries in your smoke detectors. They’re kinda like the filters in your air conditioning return vents. They were never meant to last forever. And the cosmetic result you got when you first got your implants was never destined to be permanent. Implants cause changes to the skin. They stretch it. And we, as people, change as well. We gain weight. We lose weight. We age. We have kids. All of these things contribute to breast implant changes over time.
